RENTAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

BOOKINGS

An initial reservation maybe made by telephone, or email.

The villa will be held for 5 days. Complete & return the booking form along with your deposit.

The person who signs the "Booking Form" certifies that he/she is authorised to agree to the "Rental Terms" on behalf of all persons included on the "Booking Form"

PAYMENT

DEPOSIT - £100.00 per week

BALANCE- 8 weeks prior departure

Security deposit against breakages £100.00

(cheque will be returned following inspection from the management company)

CANCELLATION CHARGES

Cancellations must be made in writing or by email. The following charges apply:-

Deposit non-refundable.

Between 4 to 8 weeks - Loss of 50% of the total booking cost

Less than 4 weeks - Loss of 100% of total booking cost

If through circumstances beyond our control it is necessary for us to cancel, we will refund any monies paid, without interest or further compensation.

ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE

The rental commences at 4pm on the day of arrival and ceases at 11am on the day of departure.

( if arrival & departure times are outside these hours please advise )

NO SMOKING POLICY

Smoking is only allowed on the pool deck or outside the home.

UTILITIES

Electricity, water and gas are inclusive.

POOL HEATING

Guests may use the swimming pool at their own risk.

November -March pool heating may be required. This can be requested at the time of booking or upon arrival.

An additional charge of £11.00 per day.
